Rugged desert terrain showcases variegated rock formations with a mix of red, pink, and white hues under a clear blue sky. Rock striations indicate geological activity, creating a dramatic natural landscape.

Valley of Fire State Park, Nevada. This was an unexpected find! Earlier when we were talking to the ranger about the Fire Wave, she said we should really take this short hike to a colorful hill. I found out that the name is Crazy Hill which is appropriate! It was one of my favorite places to visit and photograph in the park.
