Description
We had seen pictures of Grosvenor Arch and knew we had to go there. We arrived in the afternoon and just wandered around. There were only a few people there and it was so peaceful. After a while everyone left and we decided to stay and have dinner in the RV. Then we had some wine and took the dogs for a walk wandering around the arch. Before we knew it it was dark, so we stayed overnight. It was awesome to wake up to this in the morning! We still had the place to ourselves! There are not many places that you can have an experience like that anymore and we are grateful :)
The Grand Staircase–Escalante National Monument is a United States national monument that originally designated 1,880,461 acres of protected land in southern Utah in 1996. The monument's size was later reduced by a succeeding presidential proclamation in 2017.
Because of my love for animals, I'm vegetarian (almost vegan!), and a portion of all sales will be donated to Sanctuary One Care Farm at SanctuaryOne.org. A picturesque way to support animal rescue.
