Description
A winding path meanders through vibrant greenery adorned with purple flowers, leading towards two large, rocky hills by the ocean. The clear blue sky contrasts beautifully with the lush vegetation and the deep blue sea.
We went to Sisters Rock State Park. It didn't look like much. We thought a couple hours and we'll see everything. We spent many hours there! The tide was coming in but my husband went around some rocks anyway. I was too chicken! When he came back he said it looked like there was an arch. So we found out when low tide would be for the next day so that we could check it out. And there were actually two arches and a cave! There was also so much sea life like starfish, mussels, barnacles and different types of seaweed. There were even pink rocks with all this sea life!
We knew we had to be careful of the timing because once the tide comes in there was one section that could be difficult to get around if we were too late. And we barely made it!!! Our feet got a little wet so we were very lucky!
Because of my love for animals, I'm vegetarian (almost vegan!), and a portion of all sales will be donated to Sanctuary One Care Farm at SanctuaryOne.org. A picturesque way to support animal rescue.
